    Urinary incontinence is defined as the involuntary leakage of urine. This might be a result of weak pelvic floor muscles since they play an important role in supporting pelvic organs. Physiological changes such as vaginal delivery, menopause and aging can decondition the pelvic floor muscles. In order to improve the symptoms, these muscles have to be strengthened.

    During your treatment at our Killarney clinic, you will be fully clothed, we recommend wearing loosely fitted clothing to help with positioning. As your treatment begins you will feel a slight tingling and vibration in your pelvic floor muscles that will then turn into full contractions. This will be comfortable and tolerable for the duration of the 28 minute procedure.
