ICON Fractional 1540

Fractional laser skin resurfacing is used to treat a number of skin conditions with minimal downtime. This laser can penetrate deeply enough to stimulate the collagen but not damage the skin surface. It delivers light to the skin through an array of high precision microbeams that penetrate into the dermis..

Since the Icon 1540 delivers fractionated light, the treatments are safer to use on all skin types and produce consistent results.

Icon™ is designed to treat surgical and acne scars on any area of the body, including the face. It also effective in treating stretch marks, wrinkles and pigmentation. You can expect to see an improved appearance of your skin tone and texture over the first 6 weeks after your treatment.

Fractional resurfacing with the Icon 1540 is much less invasive compared to ablative laser procedures such at CO2, resulting in a faster recovery time. Most patients experience minimal downtime, with some mild redness and swelling for a couple of days. Aftercare is simple and consists of moisturisers and sun protection (SPF).
